James Pereira started his career in direct selling in 1986. He spent 22 years in sales, marketing and operations in the pharmaceutical industry building successful Divisions by developing his co-workers' sales and leadership skills.
He moved to the academic world as a Deputy Dean of the Post Graduate School in a private university with a predominantly International student profile.
He graduated with an MBA from Strathclyde University in 1995.
James was a life and business coach with T.Harv Eker’s Reasons or Results Worldwide coaching clients in Asia.
Since 2013, James has been a professional trainer supporting businesses to boost their sales by enhancing their personnel’s selling skills and leadership skills.
James has worked with small businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies in Asia in the following categories – Direct Selling, Healthcare, Swiss Luxury Watches, Automobiles, F&B, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Electrical & Electronics, E-commerce and Non-Profits.
James was a Harvard Business Review Advisory Panel Member and is an Amazon Best Selling Author of, “How to be a sizzling trainer.”
As a DSWA Certified Coach & Trainer, James brings his experience working with multi-cultural teams and focuses on Direct Selling and B2B Sales organizations to boost revenues by building their people skills.
James is also a Certified Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching system.
